International Customers

All international order ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please carefully read all of the instructions below:

Canada/Mexico

USPS Shipping to Canada/Mexico is automatically calculated when you check out.  There is no need to email us for a postage quote.  To see the postage amount, you must enter your shipping information and proceed to the payment page.  You will be able to see the total amount including postage prior to making payment.

Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, All Other

To avoid delays in your order, please read the following instructions:

For most items you will need to  email us for a postage quote.  Some items will list the postage amount on the product page.  If postage is listed, you do not need to email for a quote.

Once you have recieved the Postage Quote from us, or have determined the correct postage from the product page, follow the instructions below to check out:

1. Add the item(s) you want to order to your shopping cart

2. Add the quoted or listed postage amount to your shopping cart from the selections below.  You can use any combination necessary to create the correct postage amount.

3. Once your item(s) and correct postage are in your shopping cart you can proceed to check out.  IMPORTANT:  You must replace USA with YOUR country in the drop down menu on the address entry page.  If a category such as State or Province does not apply, please insert XX.

4. Continue to make payment.  Once your order is complete, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.  If you do not receive a confirmation, your order did not go through.  If you have difficulty ordering, please contact us.  If you prefer we can email you a PayPal invoice.

You will receive USPS tracking information to track the status of your order.  Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.  Please understand that once we ship your order we have no control over how long it takes.  Most orders arrive within 2 weeks but some orders will take longer depending on the location and time to clear customs.  Customer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT or duty.  We will only put the actual purchase amount on customs declarations.  Please do not ask us to falsify a customs form.  Please don't hesitate to email us with any questions.
