International Customers (Except Canada)

We welcome International orders and will make every effort to accommodate our international customers. Our online ordering system is set up to charge shipping only to customers in the continental US, Canada and Mexico at this time.
All other International customers must email us for a shipping quote and ordering instructions. When requesting a quote, please include your name and complete shipping address. Online orders placed by international customers will not be processed until the appropriate shipping and handling charges are received by us.
Due to size, weight and customs restrictions, some items may ship only to the US. We do not ship large GIVI products outside the US.
All international orders are shipped by USPS International Priority Mail Only.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. Please understand that once we ship your order, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive at your location. Most orders arrive in within 10 business days (do not count weekends). Some orders will take longer depending on location and how long the package takes to clear customs. Please be patient and allow 2-3 full weeks for you order to arrive.
You are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs charges, duty, or any other fees that may be levied by authorities in your country. We only declare actual product prices on our customs declarations. We will not modify customs declarations with different prices.
