Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Some items may be drop-shipped directly from our suppliers which may take a day or two longer. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery after shipment.

Item Availability
Most items are in stock and available to ship immediately. Some items are not stocked and are shipped directly to our customers from our suppliers (drop-shipped). If an item you order is not in stock, we will send you an email notifying you that it is on back-order and give you an estimated delivery date.
Shipping and Handling
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. Orders to Canada and most other International destinations will be shipped via USPS only. International Customers must contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an online order.

Sales Tax
In accordance with state laws, sales tax is automatically added at the time of check out for those customers placing orders from within the state of Utah at the rate of 6.85%. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from PWD, you may return any unused and unopened items for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Prior to returning any product, you must call or email us for a Return Authorization. Refunds will only be given for returns of unused items in their original packaging. Other returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Refund amount is limited to the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returns must be shipped to us freight pre-paid. We will not accept freight C.O.D returns. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after we received returned merchandise. All sales are considered final after 30 days. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please call or email us as soon as possible after you placed your order. We will make every effort to cancel your order and issue you a refund.
