Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from PWD, you may return it for a refund. The following refund policies apply:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Call or email us for a Return Authorization
- Items must be unused and in the original packaging
- Other returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
- Refund amount is limited to the actual purchase price
- Shipping charges will not be refunded
- Items sold with free shipping will be subject to a charge for the original cost of shipping
- Items purchased with a discount coupon code will be refunded the discounted price
- If the item was a part of a combo, the combo discount will be applied to the returned item.
- Returns must be shipped to us freight pre-paid.
- All sales are considered final after 30 days.
